Coach Brian has been coaching volleyball since 2008.  Brian has 24 years of coaching experience.  He graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Education in 1998. He taught physical education for 10 years before taking over Eich's Sports Complex in 2008 full time. Coach Brian started EVC in 2012 and has served as the director and coach for the club since then.  He is certified by the USAV as an IMPACT and CAP I certified coach.  Brian is very passionate about volleyball and coaching and loves sharing that passion with the kids and young adults.

Coach Ryan has been coaching at Eich’s since 2016. Ryan is a Certified IMPACT Coach, Certified SafeSport Coach and Certified CAP I Coach through USAV Volleyball. Coach Ryan currently serves as Eich’s In-House Director and the In-House Coaching Director as well as an EVC Club Head Coach. Ryan is passionate about volleyball and volleyball education. Coach Ryan and his wife of over 20 years, live in Plainfield with their two children who have been playing volleyball at Eich’s since 2014. 

Coach Nico is a young, experienced volleyball player and coach of all ages. He specializes in libero/passing training but is also well versed in every other position on the court. He has played 6 years of high school and club volleyball and has been coaching for 2 years. He recently graduated from a junior college in Florida, earning an Associate's degree in Digital Media.

Nicole has played volleyball for more than 7 years and started out at Eich’s. She played for the In-House league for 5 seasons, then transitioned into the EVC Travel team and played for 4 years. After retiring from club volleyball, she decided to coach. She has coached many successful In-House teams. Nicole is a very dedicated, motivated coach ready to help out any players at any skill level and age. Her main focus is to transfer her passion of the sport to athletes while working hard to reach their goals.
